Mr. Goddard has been in the mortgage and real estate industries for over 30 years. He has built national mortgage companies as large as over 1,300 employees over 37 states producing billions of loan volume. He has also built local real estate firms in three different states. To complete his knowledge of the entire home buying experience for the client, he also purchased a title company to gain the experience of that piece of the puzzle. His real passion and primary focus is helping his staff get people qualified for home ownership even when they just barely don't qualify.
